Visitory Terms of Service
Draft for legal review. Prepared from how the Visitory apps and server actually work (November 2026). Items in [square brackets] must be completed, and the whole document must be reviewed by a qualified Iranian lawyer before publication. Where this text and mandatory Iranian law differ, the law prevails.

These terms are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("Visitory", "we"), registration number [number], [address]. By creating an account or using the Visitory apps, web app or website (the "Service") you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please don't use the Service.
1. What Visitory is
Visitory is an online marketplace. Hosts (hotels, home owners, restaurants, tour and experience organisers, service providers) list what they offer; travelers find it, book it and pay through Visitory. Visitory is not the provider of the stays, tours or services listed: the host is, and the host is responsible for providing them as described. Visitory provides the platform, verifies hosts' identity, processes payments through licensed payment providers, and helps when something goes wrong.
2. Your account
- You must be at least [18] years old and able to enter into a contract under Iranian law.
- An account belongs to one person and is tied to a mobile number registered in their name. You must give true information and keep it up to date. Some features need identity verification with your national ID, which we check with official registries.
- Keep your password and codes secret; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else used it. You can see and sign out your sessions in Settings.
- You may delete your account in Settings once you have no upcoming bookings (and, for hosts, after closing the business account).
3. Booking as a traveler
- A booking request. Booking a listing that needs the host's approval sends a request. You pay when you send it; the amount is held and the booking is confirmed only when the host accepts. If the host declines or doesn't answer in time, the request expires and you are refunded in full.
- Instant booking. Some listings accept bookings automatically; they are confirmed as soon as payment succeeds.
- Arrival code. Once a booking is confirmed you receive an arrival code (also as a QR code). Show it to the host on the day; the host uses it to confirm your arrival. No code is issued before the host accepts. Don't share it with anyone but the host.
- Guests. You must enter correct details for every guest, and the guests must meet the listing's rules (age, gender, number of people). The host may refuse guests who don't match the booking.
- Price. The price you see before paying is the total you pay, including Visitory's service fee where one applies. Prices are in Toman.
- "Info only" listings show information but can't be booked through Visitory.
4. Cancellations and refunds
- Each listing shows its cancellation rule before you book: how much is refunded depending on how long before the start you cancel. That rule, as shown when you booked, applies to your booking.
- You can cancel in the app (My bookings). The app shows the refund you would receive right now before you confirm.
- If the host cancels a confirmed booking, or doesn't provide what was booked, you are refunded in full, and Visitory may take action against the host.
- Refunds are sent to the card or account the payment came from, through the payment provider, normally within [n] working days.
- Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Iranian consumer protection law.
5. Hosting
- To host you must verify your identity and mobile number, and for activities that need one, hold a valid licence in your own name, which we check with the licensing registry.
- Your listings must be accurate and complete: real photos, true descriptions, correct prices, availability, house rules and cancellation rule. You must hold every permit the law requires for what you offer and comply with the law, including tax law.
- You must answer booking requests in time, honour confirmed bookings, check guests in with their arrival code, and treat guests fairly and without unlawful discrimination.
- Fees and payouts. Visitory keeps the service fee shown in your business account ([fee]% of each completed booking, unless agreed otherwise) and pays the rest to the IBAN registered in your name, after the booking is completed, through the payout provider. The IBAN must belong to you; we check it.
- Visitory may hide or remove a listing, or suspend a business, that breaks these terms or the law, or that receives credible reports; we tell you why in the app. Existing bookings are handled fairly, and travelers are refunded where needed.
6. Reviews and content
- Only travelers who booked can review. Reviews must be honest, about the actual experience, and free of insults, personal data, advertising and unlawful content. Visitory may remove reviews that break these rules but does not edit them.
- Text you write in Visitory (names, listings, reviews, messages) must not contain offensive language; the apps and the server refuse it.
- You keep the rights in content you upload. You allow Visitory to store, display, resize and publish it within the Service and to promote the listing, for as long as it is on Visitory.
- Report anything that breaks these rules with the Report button; our team reviews every report.
7. What you must not do
Use the Service unlawfully or to deceive; create fake accounts, listings, bookings or reviews; arrange payment outside Visitory for a booking found on Visitory; collect other people's data; interfere with the Service's security or operation, including scraping or automated access; or use another person's identity, card or account.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, or to protect users or the Service, telling you the reason unless the law forbids it. A suspended account cannot sign in. You may contact support to contest a decision.
9. Payments
Payments, refunds and payouts are processed by licensed Iranian payment providers. Card details are entered on the bank gateway's own page; Visitory never receives them. A payment that fails or is not confirmed by the gateway does not create a booking, and any amount taken is returned by the provider under its rules.
10. Notifications
We send notifications about your bookings, account security and, if you allow it, recommendations and announcements. You can control most of them in Settings; security notices (such as a new sign-in) are always sent.
11. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service available and correct but can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free; we may pause it for maintenance. To the extent the law allows, Visitory is not liable for what a host provides or fails to provide, nor for indirect losses; this does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, or Visitory's own obligations to refund as described above.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The new version is published in the app and on the website with its date; significant changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Please contact support first; most problems can be solved there. Disputes that can't be settled are referred to the competent courts of [city].
